Our Fjord Trout are farm in the magnificent fjords that lie nestled among the enchanting high mountains of West Norway. Trout is well liked by all especially towards the younger crowds.
Trout is usually easy to prepare and cook, simply pan fry with a little bit of oil and seasoning and it will bring out the Salmon’s sweetness and oceanic taste. Taste the hidden flavours of cucumber, green nuts, avocado and citrus by steaming.
